Many thanks to ECF Volunteers for their work and all organizations who have made these events possible including Mr. Osbourne.  Mr. Osbourne is a dedicated member of Helping Hands Community Services.  Mr. Osbourne takes time from his busy schedule to assist with the delivery of lunches/packages to the less fortunate in the community.  Awesome work all!!
